Organizations control this data. PYLI processes Organization-controlled data solely on behalf of the Organization and in accordance with applicable agreements.

PYLI uses personal information to:

  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Prevent duplicate accounts and misuse
  • Process transactions and subscriptions
  • Communicate with users regarding service updates or support

You may request deletion of your PYLI user account by contacting support@pyli.app.

Upon deletion:

  • Your PYLI account access will be removed
  • Personal data under PYLI’s direct control will be deleted or anonymized, subject to legal and operational requirements

6.2 Organization-Controlled Data

PYLI may be unable to delete or modify data that is controlled by an Organization without authorization from that Organization.

Requests related to:

  • Membership history
  • Event records
  • Organization-specific data

must be directed to the applicable Organization.

An Organization owner may request PYLI to remove the Organization and its associated data, subject to verification and applicable retention requirements.


6.3 Privacy Rights (GDPR / CCPA / CPRA)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access personal information
  • Request correction or deletion
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Request data portability

Requests may be submitted to support@pyli.app. PYLI may need to verify your identity and coordinate with Organizations where applicable.


7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

PYLI does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

If we learn that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.


8. SECURITY

PYLI implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information.

These measures include, but are not limited to:

  • Access controls
